Our mission
Create wealth by the development of a complete self-sustaining food system through the training and empowerment of food desert residents.

why agriculture?
God's kingdom is one of multiplication and abundance. From one seed a plant can produce much fruit which in turn can generate hundreds of seeds. From the earth itself the resources are available to produce sustenance and products that have monetary value. Agriculture in itself speaks a message of hope in the midst of hopelessness for anyone who is willing to put forth the effort. We use agriculture to plant seeds of hope and a future within residents as we come beside them with encouragement and Agape Love
Our story
Dreamed in 2020 and launched in 2021, the aim of Budded Mattah is alleviate all forms of poverty. We have implemented an urban agriculture program similar to those successful programs in Detroit, Michigan. The goal of this program is to provide a place where local residents can grow gardens, create community, and gain assistance about starting their own gardens, community gardens, and eventually buisnesses. The vision is to empower and incentivize residents to plant as many gardens as possible across the southside of Peoria for personal and commercial use, and thereby combat the food desert.
